It is a real pleasure to welcome you to Birkenhead School — an HMC independent school and the only co-educational selective school on the Wirral.

Early Years

The Nursery is where our youngest children, from two to three years, begin their journey of discovery and build the foundations for a lifelong adventure of learning. Birkenhead School Pre-Prep is for children aged three and four and is the second phase in the Early Years Provision at the School. It is an exciting and fun environment with bright, spacious and modern classrooms and its own outside play area and terrace.
