Through a rich blend of purposeful play and structured learning, children are immersed in exciting activities that build confidence, inspire a love of learning, and lay strong foundations for future success. From early literacy and numeracy to music, movement, and outdoor discovery, each day is filled with opportunities to explore, imagine, and grow.

Led by our dedicated and experienced team, Pre-Prep provides a safe and stimulating space where every child is known, valued, and encouraged to become an independent and enthusiastic learner.

Building the Foundations for Success

There’s lots planned in Pre-Prep to engage, excite and support children’s individual learning. We provide enabling environments and skilled teaching so that children are excited to explore, experiment and learn new skills. All these experiences help to shape their individual development and build the foundations for future success and well being.

Learning Through Play

In Early Years children learn through play. Our Pre Prep is a vibrant hub where curiosity meets creativity and a life-long love of learning is forged. Children take part in a wide range of activities including Yoga, Dance, Mystery Readers, participation in the Prep’s annual Sports Day, as well as Christmas and Summer performances. Children make friendships with their peers and across different year groups and a highlight of each week is when Year 6 ‘Reading Buddies’ read with our younger children in the Pre-Prep.
